How do I resize without stretching?

What is the difference between Fit and Fill?
Fit scales the whole image to fit inside your dimensions (no cropping). Fill scales to cover the dimensions and crops the overflow to fill them exactly.

Will resizing reduce quality?
Downscaling can slightly soften details; our encoder uses high-quality image smoothing. Upscaling cannot create new detail, so enlarging is best done from high-resolution sources.
